MCC Engineer – Maintenance Control Centre

About the role

Zenon Aviation is seeking experienced Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) Engineers for a permanent position based in the Middle East. Reporting to the MCC Manager, you will oversee global fleet maintenance and ensure aircraft return to operational service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical scenarios and AOG events, maintaining service schedules and delivery.
• Allocate resources for maintenance operations and interact with onsite technical support, customer support representatives, spares, and logistics departments.
• Manage VVIP customer and stakeholder relationships, including OEMs.
• Utilise aircraft maintenance forecasting and airworthiness management systems to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Holder of an EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II licence.
• Knowledge of Part 145 and airworthiness requirements.
• Previous MCC/OCC experience is advantageous.
• Experience dealing with VVIP customers, stakeholders or OEMs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with aircraft maintenance forecasting and airworthiness management systems (e.g., AMOS).
• Familiarity with operator documents and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyse data and solve problems to achieve helicopter return to service.
