Mid-Level Project Manager – Business & Technology Projects

About the role

The Project Management role at Bahrain Clear involves leading and delivering business, technology and strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation, supporting the organization’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business, technology and strategic projects, managing plans, timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions and oversee solution evaluation.
• Drive business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and creation of business cases.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Mentor project team members and promote best practices in project management.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, PMO or digital transformation.
• Minimum 4 years leading project teams or managing portfolios.
• Experience delivering business and technology projects, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CBAP or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
