About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic consumers of high‑end brands to act as secret evaluators of luxury boutiques across the Middle East. You will visit selected stores, assess the quality of customer service, and share your insights through an online questionnaire.
Key responsibilities
- Visit luxury boutiques, including airport locations, on a schedule that fits your availability.
- Evaluate the quality of customer service and overall shopping experience.
- Complete a detailed online questionnaire for each visit.
- Optional purchase‑and‑keep assignments: buy items (clothing, bags, accessories), receive reimbursement, and keep the products.
Required profile
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Passion for luxury retail and high‑end customer service.
