Network Engineer / Telecommunications Specialist (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Network Engineer / Telecommunications Specialist to plan, manage, and continuously improve network and telecommunications infrastructure on a part‑time remote basis. The position blends hands‑on networking expertise with structured problem‑solving, project coordination, and stakeholder communication across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, maintain, and enhance LAN/WAN network and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and service reliability.
• Support design and implementation of network upgrades and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate technical activities with internal teams, vendors, and external service providers.
• Investigate and resolve network issues, ensuring effective troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical documentation, network records, and project information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Networking, IT, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in networking or telecommunications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a remote working environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple technical tasks and work independently.
• Attention to detail and focus on service reliability.
