OutSystems Developer

About the role

We’re working with a banking client looking for an OutSystems developer who can build applications and support the platform they run on. This is a hands‑on contract role. You’ll develop and improve existing applications, connect them with other systems, troubleshoot production issues and help with the handover from an existing vendor.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy applications in OutSystems.
• Maintain existing applications and resolve issues.
• Integrate applications with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Support deployments, monitoring, upgrades and platform performance.
• Take part in knowledge transfer and document applications and support processes.

Required profile

• At least two years of hands‑on OutSystems development experience.
• Experience building and supporting business applications in production.
• Solid experience with APIs and system integrations; REST, SOAP and SQL experience are useful.
• Comfortable working with business users and technical teams, taking ownership when something needs fixing.
• Experience with banking systems, platform administration.NET integration or OutSystems O11 certifications is a plus.
• Background in both OutSystems development and live application support.
