About the role
Euro Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team. In this role you will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, such as personal information, tax forms, and salary changes.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to guarantee timely payroll processing.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Assist in annual payroll audits and reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational company.
- Knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with payroll software.
