Performance and Growth Specialist

About the role

The Performance and Growth Specialist will lead digital growth initiatives by planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. This role ensures accurate measurement of performance through robust analytics and tracking, driving qualified leads and revenue for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms to generate qualified leads and direct sales.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets and market opportunities.
• Manage audience targeting, bidding, A/B testing, and campaign structure to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Set up and maintain analytics, conversion tracking, tags, pixels and reporting tools for precise measurement.
• Track KPIs such as leads, CPL, CPA, revenue contribution and ROAS; produce regular performance dashboards and insights.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Administer campaign budgets, forecast outcomes and recommend budget adjustments.
• Create creative direction, messaging and briefs in collaboration with design, content and sales teams.
