Performance and Growth Specialist

About the role

The Performance and Growth Specialist drives digital growth and revenue through strategic performance‑marketing initiatives. You will plan, execute and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and direct digital sales while ensuring accurate measurement and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns across digital platforms, managing audience targeting, bidding strategies and A/B testing.
• Set up and maintain analytics, conversion tracking, tags, pixels and reporting tools to guarantee reliable performance data.
• Monitor key metrics such as leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue contribution and ROAS, producing regular dashboards and insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast ROI and recommend adjustments to maximise return on investment.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer behaviour analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop creative direction and messaging briefs in collaboration with design, content and sales teams.
• Align digital initiatives with overall brand positioning and business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C digital environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting performance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams including design, content, sales and management.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date with market trends, platform updates and competitive activity.
