Performance and Growth Specialist

About the role

The Performance and Growth Specialist drives digital growth and revenue through strategic performance‑marketing initiatives. This role plans, executes and optimises paid advertising campaigns while managing analytics, budgeting and creative direction to maximise lead quality and sales conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and continuously optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets and market opportunities.
• Set up and maintain analytics, conversion tracking, tags, pixels and reporting tools to ensure accurate measurement.
• Monitor KPIs (leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and prepare regular performance dashboards with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast ROI and adjust spend based on performance data.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales and management teams to create compelling ad creative and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, paid‑media campaign management and lead generation.
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms.
• Strong background in analytics setup, tracking tools and performance reporting.
