Performance and Growth Specialist

About the role

The Performance and Growth Specialist drives digital growth and revenue through strategic performance marketing initiatives, overseeing paid advertising campaigns, analytics setup, budget management, and creative direction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified leads and digital sales.
• Set up and maintain analytics, conversion tracking, tags, pixels, and reporting tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast ROI, and adjust spend based on performance data.
• Develop creative direction, messaging, and campaign briefs in collaboration with design, content, and sales teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or digital growth roles.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast returns, and track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
