About the role

Spring is looking for a Program Analyst to join its accelerator team in Bahrain. In this full‑time position you will help design, deliver and monitor accelerator programmes that support startups across the MENA region, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact. You will work with founders, mentors, and partners to make sure every program runs smoothly and creates real impact. The role offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the startup ecosystem in the region.

Key responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of multiple accelerator programmes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors, startups, partners and sponsors.
Monitor programme performance, collect data and prepare outcome reports.
Assist in planning and executing events, workshops and pitch days.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programme logistics run smoothly.
