Program Director (OCONUS) – $50M Operations & Maintenance

About the role

SOS International LLC is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a $50 million per year Operations & Maintenance and Life Support Services contract across multiple sites in the Middle East. The role holds full authority for contract matters and reports directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet contract objectives and performance metrics.
• Lead daily operations including facilities management, utilities, housing, food services, transportation and other life‑support functions.
• Manage the program’s $50 M annual budget, ensuring cost control, forecasting accuracy and profitability.
• Oversee KPIs and SLAs, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train and retain a diverse, multi‑site workforce of site managers, technical staff and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum five years experience managing large‑scale O&M or LSS contracts, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven leadership of multi‑site, international operations and multinational workforces.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets of $50 M+.
