Project Control Manager

About the role

The Project Control Manager will lead the end‑to‑end execution of water treatment plant projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. This role is pivotal for the successful commissioning of desalination, effluent, sewage and wastewater treatment facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and drive project execution from initial design through to commissioning.
• Oversee all water treatment plant projects, including desalination, effluent, sewage and wastewater treatment.
• Manage engineering activities such as design reviews, development of technical specifications and procurement coordination.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations throughout construction and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve scheduling, cost control and resource allocation issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale water treatment or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling and cost control methodologies.
• Familiarity with safety standards applicable to construction and commissioning phases.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
