About the role
We are looking for a proactive and well‑organized Event & Project Coordinator to join a growing events and conference solutions business in Bahrain.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate events and projects from planning through execution
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and project requirements
- Coordinate site visits, logistics and event operations
- Maintain project information and follow‑ups using CRM systems
- Support sales, business development and marketing activities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and preparing project proposals
- Support onsite event execution when required
Required profile
- Currently based in Bahrain
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills
- Valid Bahrain driving licence
- Good computer skills (CRM advantage)
- Strong communication, organization and follow‑up skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Flexible to attend site visits and events when required
- Previous experience in events, exhibitions, hospitality, project coordination, sales or customer service is preferred
