About the role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Project Manager to drive performance and growth for a leading destination in Bahrain. You will turn visitor and revenue data into actionable insights, recommend initiatives to enhance the customer experience, and support the execution of key business projects.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze visitor, membership and revenue data to spot trends and growth opportunities.
- Monitor customer behavior, spending patterns and evaluate the impact of promotions and events.
- Prepare reports and dashboards that track business performance and key metrics.
- Develop and present recommendations to improve customer experience, increase engagement and boost revenue.
- Support the implementation and tracking of business‑improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing and leadership teams to gather data and execute projects.
- Conduct market research and benchmark industry trends and best practices.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis and operational support to management.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, financial analysis, consulting or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or other customer‑facing industries is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
