Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high‑impact IT projects for Bapco Energies. This position ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Own end‑to‑end execution, managing teams, resources, and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with enterprise, process, and information architects as well as business units to keep projects aligned.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, making strategic decisions to overcome challenges.
• Monitor budgets, report financial performance, and adjust as needed to stay within constraints.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews and quality‑control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.
