Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets. This role works closely with clients, internal departments and external partners to coordinate activities, manage risks and communicate progress.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines and budgets, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, procurement, finance, commercial, IT and other departments, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost and quality, and proactively address delays, resource constraints and risks.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, prepare status reports, dashboards and meeting minutes, and manage change‑control processes.
• Oversee procurement, contractor and supplier performance, ensure compliance with specifications, and manage project close‑out and handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, change control and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
