Project Planner – Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Planner to develop and maintain project schedules for joinery and furniture manufacturing projects. You will work closely with Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and external clients to keep projects on track and ensure material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed project timelines, baseline schedules and dashboards.
• Identify critical path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Project Management to align on status and deadlines.
• Support material engineers and procurement by tracking orders, lead times and delivery dates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and help resolve coordination issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and propose operational innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out.
• Experience with Extension of Time, baseline schedules, Earned Value Management and regular reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
