QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Associate Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities. The role ensures compliance with corporate standards, project specifications and relevant industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO9001 and FSC standards.
• Create written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Deploy digital quality tracking systems such as dashboards and barcode solutions.
• Oversee material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits for joinery, metal, polishing and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans, checklists and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Produce QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvements and initiatives.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Manage the QA/QC team, collaborate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Implement training programs to raise quality awareness and develop future leaders.
• Analyse customer feedback and drive business improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
