Quality Engineer – Manufacturing (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join a reputable manufacturing company in Bahrain. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Apply statistical process control and monitor quality metrics.
• Maintain and audit quality management systems.
• Perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and design of experiments.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to quality processes.
• Support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Polymer or Composite Materials, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Age between 23 and 30 years.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proactive, outgoing personality with ability to adapt to multicultural settings.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel when required.
