Registered Nurse (Preferred Immediate Joiners)

About the role

The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals admitted to the hospital’s acute‑care unit. The role focuses on safe clinical practice, accurate documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans, including comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Deliver direct nursing care such as medication administration, wound care, vital‑signs monitoring, IV therapy, and patient hygiene.
• Monitor patient progress, document interventions in the EMR, and promptly report significant changes to physicians or nurse managers.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, dietitians, and other professionals during multidisciplinary rounds and care conferences.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, procedures, and health maintenance while providing emotional support.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection‑control standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., JCI, NHRA) and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license/registration from the national regulatory authority.
• Minimum 3–5 years of inpatient/acute‑care nursing experience.

Required skills

• BLS certification (mandatory).
• ACLS and/or PALS certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with EMR/clinical documentation systems.
• Medication administration and IV therapy competence.
• Wound‑care techniques.
• Infection‑control practices.
