Registered Nurse (Preferred Immediate joiners)

About the role

The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals admitted to the hospital’s inpatient unit, ensuring safe clinical practice, accurate documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, IV therapy, and patient hygiene.
• Monitor patient progress, document interventions in the EMR, and promptly report significant changes to physicians or nurse managers.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, dietitians, and other professionals; participate in multidisciplinary rounds and support discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, procedures, and health maintenance while offering emotional support.
• Adhere to infection‑control standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., JCI, NHRA); participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Licensure: Valid nursing license/registration from the national regulatory authority (NHRA or equivalent); BLS certification mandatory; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of inpatient/acute‑care nursing experience.

Required skills

• Medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and vital‑sign monitoring.
• Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
• Infection‑control practices and adherence to safety protocols.
