Relationship Manager & SDR

About the role

ARP Digital is a licensed crypto asset service provider seeking a Relationship Manager & SDR to manage and grow its OTC client portfolio while also prospecting new business opportunities. This hybrid role focuses on day‑to‑day client relationship management and targeted business development.

Key responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of OTC clients, acting as the first point of contact for trade execution, settlement and onboarding issues.
• Resolve client issues quickly by coordinating with Operations, Compliance and Finance, and track trading activity to prevent churn.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase trading volume, including new corridors, larger ticket sizes and additional product lines.
• Maintain regular contact cadence with clients, preparing periodic account reviews and performance summaries.
• Prospect new contacts through outbound outreach, referrals and market research, qualify leads against the desk’s ideal client profile and conduct first‑touch discovery conversations.
• Log and maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM and hand off qualified leads for onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client‑facing roles such as relationship management, account management or sales, preferably in crypto, FX, payments or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
• High attention to detail, especially in compliance‑ and KYC‑sensitive interactions.
• Self‑starter able to balance protecting existing book and hunting for new logos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
• Advanced Excel skills for data review and reporting.
