About the role

The Restaurant Director will lead a signature Asian restaurant and luxury lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance. This senior position requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong team leadership within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the restaurant and lounge, aligning operations with Four Seasons’ luxury standards.
• Drive revenue growth through business strategies, market positioning, and innovative dining experiences.
• Oversee front‑of‑house operations, ensuring food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and venue ambiance.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profit optimization.
• Develop, mentor and retain high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with VIP guests, stakeholders and industry partners while handling private and corporate events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine‑dining or upscale lounge environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple outlets or high‑volume operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and revenue generation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hospitality management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
