Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations of the Brasero Atlantico venue in Manama, overseeing the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, ensuring coverage during peak periods.
• Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and food safety across all dining areas.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control, and cost‑management to meet budget targets.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.
• Monitor compliance with local liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
• Address guest concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a two‑year degree in hospitality‑related fields with two years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a full‑service restaurant, including bar and room‑service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to upholding sanitation standards and regulatory compliance.
