Restaurant Server – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Restaurant Server delivers exceptional dining experiences for guests at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. You will provide attentive, personalized, and professional service in line with Four Seasons standards, creating memorable moments through genuine hospitality and in‑depth menu knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus with explanations of items, specials, and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and serve them according to Four Seasons service standards.
• Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, anticipate guest needs, and handle requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations, set up and reset tables, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately, handle complaints professionally, and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings, and assist with opening and closing duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine‑dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
