Sales and Supply Support Specialist

About the role

Join IKEA’s retail team to ensure product availability and optimise supply processes across stores. You will use retail expertise to synchronise supply with commercial needs, aiming for high customer perceived availability at the lowest total cost.

Key responsibilities

• Support country and store commercial teams with planning, execution, and monitoring of availability goals.
• Monitor replenishment parameters for new, running and discontinued products, and coach selling units.
• Identify and address shortages, assist with order creation, and improve replenishment setups with supply partners.
• Prepare stock for peak sales periods and assess supply constraints to maintain full availability.
• Coordinate timely replenishment for new or rebuilding stores in collaboration with supply chain partners.
• Distribute remaining stock of discontinued articles while considering commercial and logistical implications.
• Support retail logistics capacity and flow planner in analysing optimal replenishment solutions for high‑volume articles.
• Assist in the smooth switch of replenishment solutions during store openings or rebuilds.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supply or commercial support role.
