Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Business Development

About the role

AMAN is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact with prospects. You will generate high‑quality appointments for the Business Development Managers, supporting the company’s 2024 scale‑up mission.

Key responsibilities

• Make up to 400 outbound calls per week to senior decision‑makers in large multinational organisations.
• Generate leads and secure at least 12 qualified meetings per month.
• Update and maintain activity data in HubSpot CRM.
• Research prospects before outreach and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and the wider BDM team.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar SDR or lead‑generation role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets.
• Results‑driven, KPI‑focused and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a small, tight‑knit team.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot CRM or any other CRM system.
