Senior Commercial Manager – Data Centre Projects in Europe

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior Commercial Managers to lead contracts and cost management on large‑scale data centre and construction projects across Europe. The role operates on 10/4 or 17/4 rotation schedules, with accommodation and project flights provided, allowing you to live in a European city of your choice while contributing to high‑profile developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, contract negotiation and cost control for multi‑million‑euro construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure commercial compliance.
• Manage risk registers and implement mitigation measures.
• Provide regular commercial reporting to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of commercial management experience in large construction or data‑centre projects.
• Proven track record in contracts administration and cost leadership.
• Experience working on international projects, preferably with exposure to European markets.
• EU or UK passport is mandatory.
• Stable employment history (average tenure >2 years per employer).
