Join Havelock One Interiors, a global leader in high-end fit-out solutions, as a Senior Design & Technical Manager. Based in Bahrain, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between creative design and technical execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of bespoke FF&E and joinery projects for prestigious hospitality clients.

Missions principales

• Lead and supervise the FF&E and joinery implementation team to ensure project excellence.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from reviewing technical execution drawings to final delivery.
• Act as the key technical liaison between external clients and internal production teams to ensure total satisfaction.
• Oversee material control, validate technical variations, and monitor procurement processes.
• Optimize divisional performance by implementing continuous improvement processes and enhancing cost-efficiency.
• Provide expert technical consultancy on material integration (glass, stone, metals, etc.) and specification interpretation.

Profil recherché

• 10 to 15 years of proven experience within a manufacturing or high-end fit-out environment.
• Strong academic background in Interior Design or a related technical discipline.
• Deep expertise in joinery detailing, including shop drawings, cutting lists, and technical specifications.
• Proven ability to manage complex client expectations and maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.

Competences requises

• Advanced mastery of Autodesk software (AutoCAD/Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extensive knowledge of materials: wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and specialty surfaces.
• Technical problem-solving skills regarding the integration of diverse materials (acrylic, stone, metal, fabrics).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
