Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to shape and scale the infrastructure of Receiptable’s receipt‑digitisation platform. Working closely with the Head of Engineering and the development team, you will design, build and operate cloud‑native services that support real‑time receipt delivery across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a DevOps strategy that scales the product from the ground up.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible on AWS.
• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Collaborate on architecture reviews, code reviews and incident response.
• Mentor engineering teams on best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high reliability and observability.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience building cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Strong mindset of experimentation, automation and mentorship.
• Ability to solve complex problems pragmatically and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
