Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for two senior full‑stack .NET developers to drive a major digital transformation initiative for a leading enterprise in Bahrain. You will modernize core systems, build scalable platforms and lay the foundation for AI‑ready analytics across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using .NET Framework.NET Core and C#.
• Create scalable RESTful APIs, micro‑services and backend architectures.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces and integrate them with backend services.
• Modernize legacy systems, digitize workflows and implement RPA solutions such as Power Automate.
• Design middleware and integration layers using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and AWS API Gateway.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Prepare systems for AI and advanced analytics by improving data quality and enabling anomaly detection.
• Manage Microsoft SQL Server on AWS RDS, perform performance tuning and ensure high‑availability.
• Apply secure coding practices, support security audits and maintain compliance with NCSC standards.
• Produce technical documentation, API specifications and architecture diagrams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of professional experience in full‑stack .NET development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, micro‑services and cloud‑first design.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Manama, full‑time, Monday‑Friday.
