Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will support campaign development, product launches and brand storytelling for Junaid Perfumes, creating high‑quality visual assets across digital and print channels. This role combines luxury brand sensibility with modern design techniques to strengthen brand visibility in the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Create premium video content using design expertise and AI tools based on provided briefs.
• Develop and lead visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, social media, digital ads, OOH, in‑store branding, and packaging.
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all materials.
• Produce high‑quality graphics, layouts, and artwork within set timelines.
• Generate moodboards, design directions, and visual themes for upcoming campaigns.
• Plan and manage social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, publishing and optimizing posts, reels, and stories.
• Drive audience engagement through polls, quizzes, contests, and interactive storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, events, and sponsorship activations.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and viral opportunities relevant to Bahrain and the GCC.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and maintain an organized library of design files and brand assets.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and printing houses to ensure high‑quality output.
• Guide junior designers, present concepts to stakeholders, and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, perfume, fashion, or luxury brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium, modern, and polished designs.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, colour, and branding.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
