Senior Logistics Performance Analyst

About the role

Talabat is looking for a Senior Logistics Performance Analyst to drive operational excellence across the country. You will monitor key performance indicators, develop analytical reports and dashboards, and provide insights that shape business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Report on and monitor logistics KPIs and performance SLAs.
• Analyse large, complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Identify and resolve logistics performance issues using data‑driven approaches.
• Proactively recommend improvements to optimise logistics and related functions.
• Apply statistical models and research to detect trends and forecast future performance.
• Create and enhance data visualisation and analytical tools.
• Lead performance‑management projects and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems or a STEM field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytical roles, preferably in tech start‑ups or pricing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and research abilities.
• Solid business acumen and knowledge of statistics.
• High computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Self‑motivated individual contributor able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
