Senior Marketing Communications

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Senior Marketing Communications leader to rebuild and strengthen our marketing function. This growth‑focused position will drive revenue, attract high‑value clients, and position the agency as a leading events and marketing partner in Bahrain and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets, identifying new market opportunities and establishing measurable KPIs.
• Design and run lead‑generation campaigns, create pitch decks, and support business development in closing high‑value deals.
• Strengthen brand positioning, oversee creative direction, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Lead paid advertising, improve digital visibility, implement retargeting, and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, government entities, and media partners.
• Rebuild the marketing department, define roles, KPIs, and performance tracking, and mentor the team.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in events, advertising or agency environments.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring high‑value clients.
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking and hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
