Senior PR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior PR Executive to support and execute the public‑relations and communications strategy for Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, enhancing the hotel’s visibility across Bahrain and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day PR and communications activities for the hotel and its outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, editors, journalists, influencers and key personalities in Bahrain and the GCC.
• Identify and secure PR opportunities, partnerships, cultural and community activations.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date media and influencer database for the region.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, fact sheets and other PR materials in line with Raffles brand standards.
• Coordinate media visits, influencer stays, interviews, photoshoots and hosted experiences.
• Support PR for restaurants, Spa & Wellness, events, seasonal campaigns and new launches.
• Pitch hotel stories and personalities to local, regional and international media.
• Monitor coverage, prepare regular PR reports and track media value.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align PR with content calendars and commercial priorities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in PR, communications or luxury lifestyle/hospitality.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, F&B or a reputable PR agency is preferred.
• Strong network with Bahrain media, influencers and brands; GCC connections are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to develop press materials and engage senior media contacts.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and comfortable representing the brand at external events.
