Senior Product Designer – Agentic AI Solutions

About the role

Lucidya is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of Agentic AI experiences. You will create intuitive, trustworthy interfaces that let enterprise users understand, control, and benefit from AI‑driven automation across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for Agentic AI initiatives, clarifying what the AI does, why it acts, and when users should intervene.
• Translate complex autonomy, confidence, transparency and control challenges into simple, natural workflows.
• Elevate the overall visual and interaction quality of the platform, from information architecture to detailed UI components.
• Design onboarding, education and adoption experiences that accelerate user trust and AI utilization.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and research teams to iterate on concepts and validate designs with real users.

Required profile

• Several years of product design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI‑focused products.
• Proven ability to design for complex, data‑rich systems while keeping the experience clear and user‑centric.
• Strong visual design sense combined with solid interaction design fundamentals.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders.
