Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from the moment the unit is handed over by the client until final site handover. Working with minimal supervision, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring that scope, schedule and performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of site projects, from possession to handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
• Optimize use of labour, materials and equipment to maximise efficiency.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction sites, manage vendors and trades, and ensure clear communication with clients.
• Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, contract administration and safety.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in construction or fit‑out project engineering.
• Strong technical and execution capabilities.
• Previous work with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
