Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from handover to final delivery, working independently with minimal supervision. This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project on site, from possession of the unit to handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Maximise resource efficiency across labour, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate construction progress records.
• Oversee construction sites, manage vendors and trades, and ensure continuous client communication.
• Implement project management, cost, time, quality, contract, and safety controls.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Strong technical and execution abilities.
• Previous work with professional fit‑out contracting companies that have an in‑house workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a multinational environment.
• Computer literate with AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
• Valid local driving licence.
