Senior Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from handover to completion. Working independently with minimal supervision, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of site projects, from possession of the unit to final handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
• Optimize resource use, including labour, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee construction sites.
• Manage vendors, trades and maintain continuous communication with clients.
• Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, contract and safety management.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Strong technical and execution capabilities.
• Background with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
