Senior Project Manager – Theme Park & Hospitality Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Theme Park Development in Bahrain, from pre‑construction through handover. After the Theme Park is completed, the role will transition to managing the associated Hospitality Development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of the Theme Park project from pre‑construction to handover.
• Coordinate interfaces between ride suppliers, specialist vendors, design consultants, MEP, architectural, landscape and civil works teams.
• Develop construction sequencing, logistics plans and phased implementation strategies for ride installations.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Oversee procurement of long‑lead packages and specialist systems.
• Manage consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, cost control and programme performance.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on progress, risks and commercial impacts.
• Lead the delivery of the hospitality component after the Theme Park is completed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 10‑15 years of project management experience, with a proven track record on major Theme Park projects.
• Strong understanding of ride systems, attractions, specialist installations and multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Experience managing international consultants, specialist suppliers, ride manufacturers and EPC/Main Contractors.
• Demonstrated experience delivering hotel and hospitality developments.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project environments.
