Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end fit‑out works across multiple sites. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure projects stay on schedule, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys, setting‑out, and interior finish installations.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with MEP, mall, landlord, tenant, and other trade teams on site.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; raise immediate alerts for any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and document action items.
• Record daily timesheets, manage extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as required.
• Validate as‑built quantities, prepare final account reports, and compile O&M manuals.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of fit‑out experience, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven track record on hospitality, hotel, high‑end residential, retail, entertainment, health, or education projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Ability to lead and coordinate supervisors and trade teams.
