Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate fit‑out projects across multiple sites. The role involves overseeing surveys, setting out interior finishes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee surveys for all assigned sites.
• Supervise setting out and marking of interior finishes.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities with quantity take‑off and specifications.
• Create and manage project work programmes, preferably using MS Projects.
• Prepare and review daily site reports with progress photos and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate and manage workers and charge‑hands according to work requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple trades on site, including MEP, mall, landlord and tenant teams.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance on a regular basis.
• Immediately report any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and act on discussed points.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers.
• Work extended hours, weekends or night shifts when required.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and submit final reports for account closure.
• Prepare operation and maintenance manuals.
• Assist and guide the project team as needed.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with professional fit‑out contractors.
• Proven ability to engage, coordinate and lead supervisors.
• Successful track record on diverse projects such as hospitality, hotels, high‑end residential, retail, entertainment, health and education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a multinational environment.
