Service Advisor – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is seeking a highly motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisor – Automotive to join our team in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with a leading automotive group and provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their automotive needs.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, explaining technical issues clearly.
• Prepare repair orders with accurate documentation of requests and vehicle information.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs.
• Provide accurate repair and service estimates.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications and service requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology qualifications are a plus.
