Service Development Executive

About the role

The Service Development Executive supports the identification, design, evaluation and launch of new service offerings across the Group. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Technology and other business functions, the role ensures that new services are commercially viable and operationally sustainable.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs and business opportunities, and prepare research reports for management.
• Assist in the development and design of new service offerings, including preparation of business cases and service proposals.
• Perform operational, commercial and financial feasibility assessments, analyse market potential, cost structures and revenue opportunities, and support pricing model development.
• Research and identify potential suppliers, technology providers and strategic partners, obtain quotations and technical information, and support vendor negotiations.
• Help develop operational plans for new service launches, coordinate with operations and support functions, and monitor implementation timelines.
• Track project progress, prepare presentations, reports and feasibility studies, and maintain accurate records of development initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience conducting market research and analysing data to support service development decisions.
• Ability to develop business cases, service proposals and pricing assumptions.
• Strong analytical skills for feasibility and financial assessments.
• Experience sourcing suppliers or partners and supporting negotiation processes.
• Capability to coordinate operational planning, resource allocation and project timelines.
• Proven project coordination and reporting skills.
