Service Sales Engineer – Elevator & Escalator Services

About the role

TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L is looking for a Service Sales Engineer to drive growth of elevator and escalator service contracts in Manama. You will build strong client relationships, identify service needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities for service contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored service solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track and report sales performance metrics and provide improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and product innovations.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and trade shows.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in technical services or facilities management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Basic understanding of elevator and escalator services (training provided).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive problem‑solving approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
