Showroom Sales Executive

About the role

The Showroom Sales Executive handles customer enquiries and sales activities within the showroom and through digital channels. The role suits a customer-focused, commercially motivated person who sells products, prepares reports, monitors stock and follows company policies. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Follow company sales policies, operational procedures and approval limits.
• Handle online and offline sales activities.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports using approved digital and AI tools.
• Maintain high standards of showroom appearance and product presentation.
• Prepare quotations, orders, invoices and customer records accurately.
• Achieve assigned individual and showroom sales targets.
• Follow up on sales leads, open quotations and pending customer decisions.
• Monitor product availability and report inventory shortages.
• Provide professional customer service before, during and after the sale, and resolve routine complaints while escalating serious ones.
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete customer orders and support team members.
• Develop the skills to supervise the showroom and lead the team.
• Adhere to Nass Corporation standards, CIG in marketing, and the IMS requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in a sales and communication role.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of business perspective and excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Professional written and verbal communication to promote the portfolio.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms.
