Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead on‑site execution for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires close coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set out interior finishes.
• Prepare and maintain work programmes and schedules using MS Project.
• Produce daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise labour and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate multiple trades on site, including MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant activities.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance, reporting any incidents or discrepancies immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers and verify as‑built quantities for final accounting.
• Be available for extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as required.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong ability to manage labour daily and prioritize tasks.
• Action‑oriented, detail‑focused, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
• Experience using MS Project for scheduling.
