Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set‑out/mark interior finishes.
• Develop and maintain work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Prepare daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate and supervise workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate multiple trades on site, including MEP, mall, landlord and tenant works.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions and act on agreed points.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all site labour.
• Work extended hours, weekends or night shifts when required.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and submit final reports for account closure.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision or similar construction roles.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong action orientation, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in daily labour management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word.
• Experience with MS Project for scheduling.
