Site Supervisor

About the role

Supervise and execute end‑to‑end work at an assigned construction site, coordinating vendors, subcontractors and labour to meet deadlines while keeping the Project Manager updated.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set out/mark interior finishes.
• Prepare work programmes and schedules using MS Project.
• Produce daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate and manage workers and charge‑hands according to work requirements.
• Coordinate multiple trades on site, including MEP, mall, landlord and tenant activities.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance and report any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions and act on agreed points.
• Book daily timesheets for workers and verify as‑built quantities for final account reporting.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends or night shifts as required.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency with CAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Action‑oriented, detail‑oriented and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in daily labour management.
